1Introduction & Acceptance

3Account Management

You are solely responsible for the security of your ppvip account. Never share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, please notify our support team immediately.

Ppvip regularly monitors all account activity. If any unusual activity is detected, ppvip reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account pending verification.

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process, ppvip may request a copy of your National ID or passport. This verification is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed.

4Deposits & Payments

Ppvip currently supports the following payment methods:

All deposits must be made from an account registered in your own name. Deposits from third parties are not accepted and any such transactions will be voided.

5Withdrawal Policy

Certain conditions must be met to withdraw funds from ppvip. Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳1,00,000.
• KYC verification is mandatory for your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 48 hours.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

6Bonuses & Promotions

Ppvip offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which you must read before claiming. General bonus policies are outlined below:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit.
• Bonus wagering requirements typically range from 10x to 30x.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Ppvip reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Ppvip reserves the right to void bonuses if suspicious usage is detected.

7Betting Rules

Please follow these rules when placing bets on ppvip:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• Ppvip reserves the right to void any bets placed as a result of a technical error.
• In live betting, bets placed after a specified cutoff time may not be accepted.
• Ppvip reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds.
• Betting on match-fixing or predetermined outcomes is strictly prohibited.

For lottery and jackpot games, draw results are final and governed by ppvip's RNG system. In the event of any dispute regarding results, ppvip's decision shall be considered final.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ppvip:

• Creating or operating more than one account.
• Using bots, automated software, or hacking tools.
• Creating an account using a false identity or fraudulent information.
• Using ppvip for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Abusing the bonus system or attempting to hack the system.
• Harassing or abusive behavior toward other players.
• Placing bets on behalf of, or managing the accounts of, other individuals—whether known or unknown.

9Responsible Gaming

Ppvip believes gaming should be an enjoyable experience. We never want anyone to suffer financial or psychological harm as a result of excessive gaming.

Ppvip offers a self-exclusion feature. You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly betting limits at any time. There is also an option to temporarily suspend your account for a specified period if needed.
